Industry 4.0 - Digital Transformation in Manufacturing with the CloudPlug

The first step to connect your industrial equipment to the future.

You can have data without information, but you cannot have information without data.

Unlock your data

Connect old and new technologies with CloudPlug - In order to protect current businesses and expand into new areas, data collection and storage play a vital role when implementing a digital transformation in manufacturing, so-called Industry 4.0, strategy.

However, due to high complexity and cost, data is currently collected in silos and not centrally made available or used.

CloudPlug opens the door to your own data and can be easily integrated into existing systems at low cost.

How does CloudPlug bridge the gap?

CloudPlug is directly connected to your production facility or machine and automatically captures its data.

Due to it’s modular design and high interoperability, it can be used for old equipment (a lathe built in 1956) or new facilities.

Direct integration with the Cloud

CloudPlug is directly integrated into inexpensive, safe, and scalable cloud infrastructures, where it stores the data and from where it can be retrieved and analysed within seconds. It is provider agnostic and can also function within a Private Cloud environment.

Interoperability

CloudPlug is modular and can be connected via LAN, WLAN, GSM, UMTS, OPC-UA, CAN, ProfiBus, M-BUS, SIO, as well as digital and analog interfaces.

Inexpensive, robust, and scalable

Cloudplug 300-400€ per device depending on configuration
Cloud Storage For 1TB of data: aprox. 18€ per month
For reference: A database table with 450.000 rows and 6 columns has a size of aprox. 22MB.
